Invented-Here-mainThe old saying goes: “Necessity is the mother of invention.” Folded into this truism is a nugget of wisdom: that women so often are the ones driving innovation, the creative powerhouses surfacing new concepts, and the active force crystalizing change in communities near and far. This is the spirit that TEDWomen 2013 will celebrate with its theme: Invented Here.

TEDWomen 2013 will be held in San Francisco, December 4-6, 2013, at the new SFJAZZ Center. Registration for the event opens today. Head to the TEDWomen site to find out how to apply »

But even if you can’t travel, you can be a part of the TEDWomen experience. On December 5, more than 150 TEDx events around the world will share the TEDWomen livestream and present local speakers with their own takes on invention and re-invention, making the day about the global experience of women.

TED Blog

When TED began in 1984, it was simply a conference. But in the 30 years since, we’ve grown into an international organization with a constellation of departments and initiatives — TED.com, two annual classes of TED Fellows, the million dollar TED Prize, the student-friendly TED-Ed, the business-focused TED Institute. To help you keep it all straight, designer Mike Andersen of Hybrid Design created this handy graphic to show how all our assorted programs revolve around each other, for the maximum spreading of ideas.

Temukan pasangan hidupmu melalui #taaruf

Maka halal saja rasa…

No Substitutes of #Ramadhan #1434H

2013-07-05 18.43.36
I feel the wind brush across my face
Like an invisible wave crashing over me
I started holding my breath the moment I left
Wondering what the day was going to bring for me
But there’s no way that I could every prepare
For the scope of it all, for the chill in the air
The cold of the rain, the warmth of the day
I’m never gonna be the same
The whole world’s racing by
And no words can describe how this feels inside
come and go so fast,
these moments never last
‘Cause something’s feel incomplete,
not quite how it should be
‘Cause every road that I’ve taken
Can never be mistaken for the one that now is under my feet
And I realize with open eyes
Either Ramadhan or Life,
Every second that we have is once in a lifetime, once in a lifetime
Cause there is no substitute,
No substitute….

5 STEPS: Go to WESTALL Mosque Melbourne VICTORIA

2013-07-26 10.27.37

Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb

Alhamdulillah diberi kesempatan Allah menginjakkan kaki di bumi-Nya yg lain…

Now, di Melbourne Australia…

Gak afdol jk ketempat baru gak tau dimana masjid/ tmpt ibadah…kenapa kok nyarinya masjid?

Salah satu yg sy kunjungi adalah masjid Westall (City of Monash Clayton area).

*cmiiw).  So, Solat Jum’at dialihkan ke tempat lain daerah Mulgrave , yakni di sebuah gedung sewaan di park area (aye blm kesana- friday only- man only)

Cerita menarik ttg masjid Westall. Lokasi nya cukup strategis dkt dg stasiun.

Yuk berkunjung,
